Walt Wilkins and The Mystiqueros Break onto the Texas AND Americana Charts

Diamonds in the Sun is currently #28 on the Americana Music Chart this week, and the stellar single, “Trains I Missed” is #19 on the Texas Music Chart!  Be sure to tune into your favorite radio station to hear it.

“Harmony vocals, guitar-driven melodies and multiple vocal leads have led some Austin music critics to compare the band’s sound to ’70s groups Poco or The Eagles.” Carl Hoover, Waco Tribune-Herald

“What makes Billy Joe Shaver, Kris Kristofferson and Guy Clark such legendary songwriters is the ease and finesse that they capture the essence of their lives and translate them into that of the listeners with a stroke of a quill that’s equal to the paintbrush of a master. Walt Wilkins possesses the same magical ability and then manages to wrap them in melodies that sound as instantly familiar as the classics we all grew up singing along to.” Laurie Joulie, Take Country Back
