What’s New At TCB

We’ve changed the format of TCB in the recent weeks – with more to changes to come. Stay tuned.

Today we’d like to bring your attention to the addition of MySpace Playlists that were created to assist our readers in finding the best indie roots music being made.  Each day (Monday to Friday) we will be showcasing roots based genre playlists that can be found on our myspace page at http://www.myspace.com/takecountryback

Playlists will change weekly so be sure to check back often.

The rotation schedule is as follows:

Monday – Blues and Cajun

Tuesday – Roots Rock and Rockabilly

Wednesday – Folk

Thursday – Country and Bluegrass

Friday – Texas Music

A few housekeeping notes about this feature —

* in addition to the genre playlists we also have an extensive multi-genre playlist that we will be unveiling soon and our main myspace playlist that will highlight new releases, artists we are showcasing, tribute tracks and other newsworthy music…

* playlists will change weekly

* readers are invited to submit their suggestions for upcoming lists to takecountryback@gmail.com

* bands may also submit suggestions

* playlists will be announced on the WordPress blog and on the MySpace page.
